Your Trezor hardware wallet, the USB cable included in the box, and a computer or mobile device with an internet connection. Make sure your device is genuine and its packaging has not been tampered with.
Where should I download Trezor Suite?
Download Trezor Suite only from trezor.io/trezor-suite or use the web app at suite.trezor.io. Never install wallet software from links sent in unsolicited messages or ads.
What is my recovery seed—and who should see it?
Your recovery seed is the backup that can restore access to your wallet. Write it down offline when your device asks, keep it somewhere private and secure, and never share it with anyone. Trezor Support will never ask for it.
I already have a Trezor. Do I need to set it up again?
No. If your wallet is already configured, connect it to Trezor Suite and unlock it using your existing PIN. Do not reset your device unless you understand how to restore your wallet.
